Singh Nanda
Darvinder Singh Nanda is the founder and editor of The Sikh Anthology, a digital magazine devoted to Sikh literature, history, philosophy, and intellectual discourse. Based in Dibrugarh, Assam, he is a legal professional holding qualifications in B.Com, LL.B (Hons), and LL.M, and serves as Public Relations Officer of the Sikh Pratinidhi Board, Eastern Zone — the apex representative body of the Sikh community in Northeastern India.
His intellectual focus is the documentation and critical analysis of Sikh history and culture, with particular attention to the Sikh communities of Northeast India — a region whose rich Sikh heritage remains largely unarchived and underrepresented in national and global scholarly discourse. He is committed to building a rigorous, independent platform where this heritage can be studied, debated, and preserved for future generations.
As founder and editor of The Sikh Anthology, established in December 2025, Nanda has built a publication that reaches readers across six continents and more than forty countries within its first three months. The magazine publishes original research essays, analytical articles, literary works, creative writing, and critical reflections that engage both tradition and modernity with intellectual rigour. He also serves as curator of the Dhubri Saheb Souvenir Magazine, published by the Sikh Pratinidhi Board, Eastern Zone — a landmark archival publication commemorating the 350th Shaheedi Purab of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
