Darvinder Singh Nanda is the founder of The Sikh Anthology magazine and an accomplished multidisciplinary professional with a strong academic and leadership background. He holds a BCom (Hons) in Accountancy, an LLB (Hons) in Criminal Law from Dibrugarh University, and is currently pursuing an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Apex Professional University, Pasighat. With over two decades of experience—including 23 years with the Indian Railways—he has developed deep expertise in administration, governance, and public engagement. For the past nine years, he has served as the Public Relations Officer of the Sikh Pratinidhi Board, Eastern Zone, Dhubri Saheb, the apex representative body of the Sikh community in Northeast India. As the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Rising Marian, the first quarterly digital school magazine in Northeast India, he blends editorial vision, design proficiency, and strategic insight to create a platform that celebrates creativity and intellectual expression. An avid reader and creative enthusiast, he is passionate about writing, technology, chess, travel, and design, integrating his professional design training into his editorial work to enhance both visual and literary excellence. Committed to community building, he uses his organizational experience to foster dialogue, strengthen connections, and highlight collective achievements.

Rupa Rani Kour, Assistant Editor of The Sikh Anthology magazine, holds a BSc, BEd and MA (Education) from Dibrugarh University. A passionate writer and thinker, she has contributed opinion pieces and articles to several magazines, exploring social, cultural, and educational themes with insight and clarity. Her thoughtful, analytical approach aims to spark meaningful dialogue and reflection within the community. Beyond her literary work, she serves as a Member of the Child Welfare Committee, District Child Protection Unit, and recently made history as the first female General Secretary of the Shri Guru Singh Sabha Management Society, Dibrugarh, the managing body of Gurdwara Saheb, Dibrugarh, elected by secret ballot. This achievement reflects her strong commitment to social service and community development.
